What is the process for purchasing a unit in Mounthaven Estate?

Interested buyers can start by completing our survey to express their interest and provide feedback. Following this, our sales team will guide you through the purchasing process, including selecting a unit, understanding payment options, and completing the necessary documentation.

What are the deposit requirements for purchasing a unit? 

Once the development is launched for sale, a 50% deposit will be required to secure your unit. This deposit will be paid into a trust account, where it will accrue interest until construction commences. At that point, the remaining balance of the payment will be required.

What is the timeline for the completion of the estate? 

The construction of Mounthaven Estate is scheduled to be completed within 5 years from the start date. Individual units will be completed within 18 months of purchase. Buyers will be kept informed of the progress through regular updates and will have opportunities to visit the site as development milestones are reached.
