  • Residents can also carry a remote with a ‘panic button’ which is linked to our Care Centre. A qualified staff member of the Care Centre team will attend to the call.

  •  Residents can arrange to be dropped off at KMIII International Airport and be collected again.

Properties are sold off-plan with a deposit amount to secure purchase. Payment is done via the attorney’s trust account (escrow account). Interest is earned by the buyer until construction takes place. Building costs are payable when construction starts.

 

Ownership is by notarised 99-year lease (recognised by banks for finance applications).
